Biography

Stephanie Weinberg, PT, DPT, is a compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist at M Street Pediatric Therapy who is deeply committed to helping children reach their full potential through collaborative, family-centered care. She is passionate about building supportive relationships with families and believes meaningful progress happens when caregivers are active partners in the therapeutic process.

Stephanie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist (PCS). Her clinical education included experiences at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, SSM St. Mary’s Health Center, and outpatient rehabilitation settings.

She has extensive experience treating children from infancy through adolescence in multidisciplinary outpatient clinics. Her clinical expertise includes working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, torticollis, gross motor delays, toe walking, and a wide range of neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, and developmental conditions. She has also led gross motor groups to support skill development in peer environments, mentored new-hire physical therapists, and presented educational in-services to local daycares.

At M Street, Stephanie values a collaborative, play-based approach and strives to create an encouraging environment where children feel confident, capable, and supported as they grow stronger and more independent.
